I have trained with John Seidel for several years now and have experienced firsthand the top class energy and work
ethic he possesses. He is constantly working to improve his own skills and apply them in everything he sets his mind
to, which is a lot. I have watched him instruct new shooters and teach CCW classes. Always with a smile and the
patience that is needed to help someone understand and improve their own skills. Firearms training is not just a
hobby for him but a pure passion. No matter the odds or how he is feeling he will make it to the range to better
himself and those around him. His knowledge if vast and he is well known in the local shooting community. He
consistently competes in IPSC and USPSA competitions, RO at the local range, and even put on his own mini
course for himself and others to enjoy.
Outside of shooting he works tirelessly to build new businesses and make them flourish. Watching him engage 12
plus hours a day into building these businesses is inspirational. He is trust worthy and honest in all of his dealings
and is the one man you can count on for help and get the job done.
My Name Is Kyle Young, I have trained with John Seidel for 6 years. He has been a good friend and mentor to me.
He has mentored me in the shooting sports and helped provide me many opportunities to grow and learn from him.
I have been able to assist him as he has taught others and have seen first hand his willingness to learn, and his
patience in teaching others. He has a talent for getting to know people and engaging with them.
This letter is written in support of John Seidel, whom I’ve known on a personal and professional level for more than
6 years. During this time I have come to appreciate John’s work ethic as well as his can do and upbeat attitude. I
have also come to know John as one who is patient, charitable and encouraging of others. It was through his
encouragement and support that I successfully pursued advanced certification. I’m also familiar with and have
admired John’s industriousness, having started and operated a successful business. John is simply someone I know
can be counted on and will do a first-rate job, with certainty.
During the time I have know John, I have worked with him as a county volunteer. We have also participate in club
activities together. While working with John, he was always eagerly engaged and both helpful and courteous to the
customers. There are some members of the team that lack a certain work ethic and have to be pushed and prodded to
]=Znnget things done. Not John. He is usually ahead of the game and always where he needs to be to ensure seemly
operations. While participating in club activities, John is known to be upbeat, consistently engaged and easy to get
along with. I am happy when I see his name on the roster because I know he will make the whole day be a lot more
pleasant. Bottom line, I am happy to work with John and know thing will run smoothly when he is there.
